  • Partner with our strategic configured platform partners and create joint technology-driven offerings of the future that are in line with NTT Data objectives as well as our configured platform partners
  • Enable pipeline and TCV growth for configured platform-enabled solutions and joint offerings
  • Manage multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement and secure requirements fulfillment within agreed timelines.
  • Key leader within Chief Digital and Strategy Office (CDSO) initially reporting into Strategic Alliances and One NTT, with dotted line into Digital Offerings.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 10 years in alliance, partner management, or related roles; must have direct experience with managing configured platform partnerships
  • Thorough understanding of all partner programs and processes
  • Experience enabling partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
  • Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization
  • Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, etc.) a plus
  • Configured platform certification(s) a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (pending post-COVID travel guidance)
  • Undergraduate degree or Masters

 

Minimum Basic Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 10 years in alliance, partner management, or related roles;
  • 4+ years direct experience with managing configured platform partnerships
  • 4+ years experience enabling partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams

Requirements for this role include:

Must have’s:

  • Has more than 15 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP (, Cloud), with at least 10 years implementing Oracle PPM products and at least 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle ERP cloud (Financials, Projects) portfolio
  • Has in-depth implementation expertise with Oracle PPM cloud modules – Project Financials / Costing, Billing / Contract Management, Revenue Recognition, Project Management, Resource Management modules
  • Experience in implementing for large clients, involving multiple product portfolios, world-wide office locations, different legal / statutory / tax / revenue & GL reporting requirements
  • Has at least five full cycle implementation involving PPM modules, including two in Fusion Cloud
  • Must be strong in Accounting and Revenue recognition concepts

Position's General Duties and Tasks Required:

 

  • Key relationship builder with industry leadership inside the Strategic Alliance Partners and inside the assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU) / industry vertical
  • Will have a focus on two to three Strategic Alliances within the SBU/vertical (20-30% pipeline growth within key Alliance Partners)
  • Collaborating on joint solution development with our competency team: taking a pre-existing digital horizontal offering and ensuring an industry-specific lens
  • Campaign execution: collaboration with the Digital Transformation Services (DTS) Platform Specialists and practice leads
  • Reporting directly to the Global Strategic Alliances team and matrixed (dotted line) into the SBU

  • 8-10 years alliance experience specifically Healthcare
  • Ability to develop go-to-market ideas or solutions working with our partners at AWS, Google, etc. and bringing these solutions to our clients.

RFP Scoping and Analysis of the Requirements: Clearly define the scope boudaries, analyse tickets data, make thoughtful observations and inferences that leads to solution elements and creation of value propositions

Technical solution (AMS): Responsible for the AMS solution, estimates (independently), staffing plan, cost model, pricing and other commercial constructs as per client pricing template

Identify risks, plan for risk mitigation,

Construct business case: depict the base case based on current spend, proposed price and the business case, deviations

Governance reviews: Take ownership to review the solution, estimates, costs and price with delivery leaders, practice leaders and senior executives as per the governance approver matrix. 

Technical content: Take complete ownership of the technical response in the proposal.

  • Works closely with the BD team and Business Unit to understand the scope of the pursuit and contract in order to provide requisite analysis/information and strategic recommendations to the pursuit and account teams in support of winning

We are currently seeking a State Government Technical Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina (US-SC), United States (US).

The PM will work collaboratively with the client, and other vendors working on the DHS Projects and Initiatives. The PM will provide valuable Project Management and act as a liaison between state business teams and project IT vendor(s).  The Project Manager will work alongside the State Team to assist with scheduling, prioritizing, and managing efforts to effectively communicate State Business needs as they pertain to various Project Management knowledge areas.   The PM will work at the direction of the client to ensure that business needs are met by managing and driving change using finesse and enthusiasm without upsetting or unsettling client team members.  The Project Manager will be responsible for performing, delegating, and managing the activities within the project team, working closely with direct business partners and vendor teams. He/she will actively participate in the development and delivery of program and quality management services and associated deliverables. 
Job Responsibilities Include:
•    Assist the Contract Project Manager to manage and coordinate the operational assignments of the project team
•    Develop client deliverables in accordance with project requirements and company documentation standards
•    Provide recommendations to the client on critical business and project decisions
•    Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable
•    Create and sustain a culture that encourages high performance of individuals and teams

•    Identify and report project issues and risks
•    Interface with client, vendor, and business users

•    Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager

Basic Qualifications:
•    Minimum 8 years' of Project Management experience including minimum 3 years of project management experience for a technical project such as a cloud migration, software development, data integration, or any technical project involving software applications or data.
•    Minimum 5 years' of experience working in the state government environment
•    Minimum 5 years' of experience providing evaluation services and/or project auditing, in Human Services or Healthcare IT industry
•    Bachelor’s degree or additional 4 years of PM work experience
•    PMP certification

Preferred Skills
•    Experience as a Project manager on a on-premises to Cloud Migration
•    Experience working on large, complex DDI projects
•    Experience in business and/or technical analysis and the ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
•    Strong customer service attitude

For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $83,000 - 145,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location.
