NTT DATA has been certified as a "Top Employer 2023" by the Top Employers Institute in 15 countries around the world: Japan, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Canada, Mexico, the United States, Argentine, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. The company was also awarded to Top Employer 2023 regional certification in Europe, North America, and South America.

"Platinum Kurumin" based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation
In November 2019, we received the "Platinum Kurumin" certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for our superior "child-rearing support company".This certification shows that companies have established an action plan based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation and have already received certification as "Kurumin". Moreover, it shows that companies are introducing and using a work-life balance support system and taking initiatives at a higher level.
The top "Eruboshi" company in the third category
In September 2017, we were certified as the third stage(the highest rank) “Eruboshi” company in the “Eruboshi” company certification based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement. And all five certification categories in the certification were evaluated as excellent and we were regarded as one of the excellent companies which promote the women's participation and advancement.
Diversity Management Selection 100 Prime
In March 2018, among the "100 Diversity Management Companies" selected so far by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, we were newly selected as the "Top 100 Prime Primers" and were commended this year as the "A company that is continuously pursuing diversity management on a company-wide basis in order to achieve excellent management results." (Only two companies in Japan)

In November 2022, NTT DATA received a Gold award (top-level) in the PRIDE Index 2022, which rates companies’ initiatives related to LGBTQ+. The Company received a Gold award four years in a row since 2017.

In November 2022, NTT DATA received a 4.5 star rating in its "6th NIKKEI Smart Work Management Survey", this survey was held by Nippon Keizai Shimbun Co., Ltd, to rank the leading companies that are striving to bring a productivity revolution through work style innovation.
Top 100 pioneers in telework
In November 2016, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications "Top 100 pioneers in telework" recognized 42 companies and organizations that are actively promoting the introduction and use of telework, including the frequency, scale, and implementation rate of telework.
Good Career Corporate Award 2016 Grand Prize
In December 2016, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare "Good Career Award 2016" praised the Company for its long-term follow-up on the career development of each type of human resource in support of employees' autonomous career development. In particular, the Company was recognized as a company (five companies) that comprehensively and continuously promotes initiatives that serve as other standards and has achieved outstanding results.
