Norbert Rotter

Norbert Rotter has been serving as Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Business Solutions AG since 2016.

Under his leadership, the company has become a globally leading SAP Partner with more than 1 billion euros of revenue, subsidiaries in more than 30 countries, and 11,000+ employees.

Norbert first joined NTT DATA Business Solutions as a member of the Management Board in 2008. As CFO, he was also in charge of the M&A division. Since then, NTT DATA Business Solutions has acquired 36 companies that have been successfully integrated into the Group.

Before joining NTT DATA Business Solutions, Norbert held various positions at KPMG, where he began his extensive career in 1995. As a qualified German tax advisor, a certified German auditor, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the U.S. market, he was responsible for audit and advisory services for SMEs and international corporations. He spent almost four years at the German practice in New York.

Norbert studied Business Administration at the University of Paderborn in Germany and the University of Limerick in Ireland.
